How to Edit a User Account
To edit the details of a user under your organization account, follow these steps:
1. Go to the User List interface
- Log into Q Method Software.
- Click User Manager on the left navigation.
2. Open the Edit User interface
- In the User List interface, click on the user you want edit. Alternatively, click the ellipsis in the far right of the row for the user.
- Select Edit.
3. Edit the user's details
- In the Edit User interface, make the changes you wish to make.
- Click Submit.
Note
If you change the email address of the user, the new email address must not already be in use by another user in your Q Method Software account.
Note
If you set the user's activation state to Disabled, they will no longer be able to log into the system. However, the studies they created will remain intact. You cannot disable your own account.
A success message pops up and the changes are in effect.
