How to Reset Your Password

If you cannot log into Q Method Software because you have forgotten your password, you can use the following steps to reset your password.

Note

The following instructions are for resetting your password when you've forgotten it and cannot log in. If you remember your password and would like to change it, then follow these steps.

1. Go to the log-in page

Point your browser to app.qmethodsoftware.com.

2. Click the Forgot Password? Link

This brings you to the Password Reset interface.

3. Provide your email address

1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
2. Check "I'm not a robot".
3. Click Submit.

Note

You must enter the same email address you used to register your account.

The following message appears:

4. Click the link in the Password Reset email

1. Find the Password Reset email. It will have the subject line, "Reset your QSort Password."
2. Click on the link inside that email.

This opens the Password Reset page.

5. Reset your password

1. Enter a new password in the Password field.
2. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
3. Click Submit.

A message pops up to let you know that you've reset your password successfully.

Your password has been reset, and you may now log into Q Method Software with your new password.
