How to Create an Organization Account
If your organization does not already have a Q Method Software account, follow these steps to create an account for your organization as well as your personal user account.
Note
If your organization already uses Q Method Software, and you would like a user account for yourself so you can create and manage studies, ask your Q Method Software administrator to create an account for you.
1. Go to the Account Creation page
- Point your browser to qmethodsoftware.com.
- Click Create Account.
2. Fill in the Account Creation form
Fields with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be filled in.
2.1 Organization Information
Enter all relevant information.
Warning
The Organization Name you enter may be visible to your study participants!
2.2 Login Information
- In the Login Information section, enter the following:
First Name: Your first name
Last Name: Your last name
Email Address: Your email address. You will use this email address to log into the system.
Password: Enter a password for your account.
Note
Passwords must be at least seven characters long with at least one uppercase character and at least one non-alphanumeric character.
- Click Sign Up.
Important
A verification email will be sent to the email address you specified. If you do not receive this email within 20 minutes, please check your spam or Junk folder.
A success message appears after you sign up. You can start creating a study from here by clicking Create Study.
3. Verify your email address
Once you receive the verification email, click on Go to Dashboard.
You will be automatically logged into the system and brought to the Study List.
You can now create a Q Method study.
